These offline and online activities are (mostly) free, hopefully you are able to use any of these ideas, it’s healthy and keeps you and your kids active!

🎾 PLAY A SPORT – Indoors or in the front yard or backyard of your house. How about table tennis, obstacle course, how about a mini or full workout? Have you checked the NTC Nike app out? There are also many ideas online for workouts at home.
